Based on the leading global customer satisfaction survey, The Net Promoter Score, this app is custom built for all healthcare professionals who work with patients.
By asking two questions a practitioner can work out how well they are serving their patients:
1.On a scale of 0-10 how likely are you to recommend my services to your friends, family or colleagues?
2.What is the primary reason for giving the score above?
Patients can respond to the survey during and/or after treatment process.
Patient scores will categorize them into 3 groups:
Scores of
9-10: These are patients who love your work and will highly recommend you to others
7-8: These are patients who are satisfied but are indifferent to your service
0-6: These are patients who are unsatisfied with your work and will let others know this too.
The Excellent Practitioner Score is calculated by:
% love your work (% of 9 - 10’s) minus % who are unsatisfied (% of 0 - 6’s)
The higher the Excellent Practitioner Score (EPS)– the more satisfied your patients are, the more likely they are to refer more patients to you, the more successful you will become, and the quicker you will become a successful practitioner.
